This policy outlines the conditions, timing, and support available when an exchange or return request needs to be reviewed by XINHHA.
An exchange may be reviewed when the item received differs from the confirmed order in style, size, color, or specification, or when a verified manufacturing defect is present. Accessories are not eligible for exchange.
Return requests are considered only when delivery exceeds the maximum timeframe previously committed by XINHHA.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags, labels, packaging, and included components intact. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, fragrance, or other signs of use. Made-to-order pieces, accessories, underwear, and socks are excluded from exchange and return support.
Requests must be submitted within 03 days of receiving the order. Once a request is approved, orders in Ho Chi Minh City must be returned within 24 hours. Customers in other locations must provide shipment confirmation within 24 hours of approval.
Approved exchanges are normally prepared and dispatched within 07–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. International cases require direct consultation so the appropriate process can be confirmed before the item is returned.
XINHHA will cover applicable costs when an incorrect item was delivered or a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Requests arising from personal preference may incur additional fees depending on the circumstances.
Made-to-order pieces and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. Where appropriate, XINHHA may offer complimentary minor adjustments for fit or technical concerns.
Domestic orders may qualify for partial or full shipping support depending on the case. International customers are responsible for return shipping to Vietnam, while XINHHA may assist with local handling where applicable. We recommend confirming sizing and product details before purchase whenever additional guidance is needed.
All returned merchandise must satisfy the conditions above. XINHHA may revise this policy when necessary to reflect collection-specific, campaign, or seasonal requirements.
